LAB RESULTS
This Certificate of Analysis was issued by ACS Laboratory (ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited, FL License #CMTL-0003) for the Jelly KO – Sour Blue Razz 40ct Gummy Bag, produced by Not Your Bakery and tested under Georgia compliance regulations. The batch (J-1991, dated March 27, 2025) is a 40-count bag with a net weight of 280g (7,000mg per unit), and testing was completed May 9, 2025.
Potency is a clean Delta-8 dominant formulation with a compliant Delta-9 THC component. The bag contains a total cannabinoid content of 1.421% (99.47mg per bag), led by Delta-8 THC at 1.249% (87.43mg) and Delta-9 THC at 0.172% (12.04mg). No CBD, CBG, CBN, Delta-10 THC, HHC, HHCP, or any THC-O variants were detected above quantifiable levels — this is a straightforward, two-cannabinoid D8-forward formulation. The HHCP panel confirmed zero HHC or HHCP isomers present, with Delta-9 THC being the only carry-over from the potency panel.
On safety testing, the product passed every single panel cleanly. Heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury) all returned below the LOQ, well under Georgia’s 500 ppb action levels. The full pesticide screen covering 55+ analytes — including organophosphates, pyrethroids, fungicides, and neonicotinoids — returned zero detections across the board. All five mycotoxins (aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2, and Ochratoxin A) came back below LOQ. Residual solvents were completely clean — all four analytes (butane, ethanol, heptane, hexane) returned below LOQ with zero trace detections, a notably cleaner result than some other batches in this series. Microbiology was a full clean sweep: total aerobic count below 1,000 CFU/g, total yeast/mold below 1,000 CFU/g, bile-tolerant gram-negative bacteria below 100 CFU/g, and both Aspergillus species and STEC confirmed passed. The filth and foreign material panel returned zero findings across all three metrics.
