LAB RESULTS
This Certificate of Analysis was issued by ACS Laboratory (ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited, FL License #CMTL-0003) for the Jelly Live Sugar Blend – Wild Berry 50ct Gummy Bag, produced by Not Your Bakery. The batch (J-72836, dated July 7, 2025) is a 50-count bag with a net weight of 350g (7,000mg per unit), and testing was completed August 5, 2025. This is a merged/amended report combining results from three separate potency test methods (LCUV and LCMS).
Potency is notably rich for a hemp gummy. The bag contains a total cannabinoid content of 2.865% (200.56mg per bag), with the dominant compound being Delta-8 THC at 1.42% (99.4mg). It also carries a meaningful CBD content of 1.17% (81.9mg) and Delta-9 THC at 0.252% (17.64mg), keeping it within compliant hemp limits. Minor cannabinoids detected include Delta-8 THCV (0.008%), CBDV (0.0079%), Delta-10 THC (0.004%), and CBT (0.0033%). No CBG, CBN, HHC, HHCP, THCP, or THC-O variants were detected above quantifiable levels, and the HHCP panel confirmed none of those compounds were present.
On safety testing, the product achieved a clean sweep across all panels. Heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury) all came back below the limit of quantitation. Notably, the residual solvents panel was completely clean this time — including ethanol, which returned below LOQ across the board (an improvement worth flagging compared to some other batches). The full pesticide screen covering 50+ analytes returned zero detections. Mycotoxins (all five aflatoxins and Ochratoxin A) were undetected. Microbiology results were fully clean, with total aerobic count, yeast/mold, and bile-tolerant gram-negative bacteria all well below action levels, and pathogens (Aspergillus species and STEC) not detected. The filth and foreign material panel returned zero findings.
