The sample was received September 8, 2025 and reported October 13, 2025. This certificate is a contaminant and controlled-substance screening panel — it does not quantify any active/functional ingredient. On the controlled-substance side, both the 4AD Tryptamines panel (mescaline, DMT, psilacetin, 4-HO-DET, 4-AcO-MET/DET, 2C-B) and the Psilocybin & Psilocin panel returned Not Detected across every analyte.

On safety, the bar passed all panels cleanly.
